Cake tunnels filled with vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

1 box chocolate cake (you can find ready-mix at the supermarket)
Vanilla ice cream (softened)
1 / 2 cup of chocolate mint
1 tablespoon whipping cream
Pure vanilla extract


 Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Cut the top of the cake, putting it aside. To make a tunnel, dug carefully down. The tunnel filled with ice cream, where you will have 1 cucciaio mixed with cream and vanilla extract. Cover with the top of the cake and freeze for at least 6 hours.
Just before serving, in a microwave oven, melt the chocolate and decorated the cake.

Note: If you do not like chocolate mint, you can replace it with the flavor of your choice.
