Seafood Salad

Ingredients for 2 people
200gdi mussels
100 g of shrimp
100 g of polyps
q b. lemon juice
celery, parsley
basil, onion, carrot
olive oil
white wine
cloves
cinnamon
Salt and pepper


  Preparation

Put a little water in a saucepan and add the spices kitchen, drugs, white wine and salt. Bring to a boil.
  When it boils, put in the pot clean and wash the octopus and shrimp. Boil (low heat) for 5 minutes. Shell the shrimp, sliced ​​polyps.
  To put the mussels (washed and deprived of any trace of mud or filaments) in a pan without water. Cover the pot and set on fire. The mussels hatch with water vapor. Let them stew in their own juice for at least 5 minutes.
Take a glass bowl and put the prawns, mussels and octopus. Season with pepper, chopped parsley, lemon juice, olive oil. This recipe is very healthy, nutritious, tasty. It will have your signature!
