Homemade with onions

Ingredients for two persons

180 g or homemade pasta,
6 spring onions,
a clove of garlic,
basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, chives,
30 g of grated cheese,
two tablespoons of white wine,
two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil,
salt.

Finely chop the herbs. Peel the garlic, Break it with a shot of the palm of your hand and add it. Cleaned, washed and thinly sliced ​​green onions. In a non-stick pan, with a few drops of oil over very low heat to sweat the onions do. Add the wine, you will do in part evaporate. Add salt, turn, cover. In the meantime, boil the pasta in salted water. Remove the garlic. Add the spring onions. Stir. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
