Scallops with pumpkin flowers

Ingredients for 4 peoples
300 g of pasta (shells)
300 g zucchini flowers
1 onion
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 sachet of saffron
l / 2 cup of milk
1 egg yolk
2 or 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper


Preparation

 Wash the flowers and the stem privateli. Rinse thoroughly to get rid of any traces of dirt inside, then put them in a pan with the onion and oil trtata. Moderately sprinkle with salt and pepper, place them on the fire to low heat and cook with their own mood, very gently, covered. Meanwhile, apart, put in a large bowl and knead the yolk to cream cheese. Add the milk.
Boil the shells with saffron. Drain and pour into the bowl still hot, quickly add the zucchini flowers and stir quickly so that the sauce is good and to distribute the cheese intzi to spin.
Then the portions, dividing the dough into warm bowls and serve immediately.
