Chocolate cake with whipped cream and icing

Cooking time: 35 minutes 
Ingredients:

3 / 4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 / 4 cup sugar
4 large eggs
1 / 2 cup milk
1 / 2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


 Preparation
In a saucepan over medium-low, add cocoa, half of sugar, 1 egg yolk and milk. Cook, stirring constantly to prevent sticking, until it thickens. Together the butter and stir until the mixture is foamy, add the remaining sugar, beating until it is well blended. Add 1 egg and 2 egg yolks, mix well. Mix sifted dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream. Add the vanilla and cocoa. Beat the remaining egg whites, put the mixture in a saucepan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cover with chocolate frosting with butter or whatever you prefer.

Chocolate icing with butter

1 / 2 cup soft butter
sifted powdered sugar (about 1 / 4 cup sifted)
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 squares unsweetened chocolate melted
3 tablespoons heavy cream

To make the Cream soft butter, gradually add sifted icing sugar, a pinch of salt, vanilla extract, melted chocolate, and about 3 tablespoons of cream. Whisk until a smooth consistency, adding cream if necessary.
