Roast turkey with bacon

Christmas is upon us but also the guests abound. We want to make a good impression but at the same time not spend too much. See below for a recipe that combines our needs and, above all, our palate.
Ingredients for 4 people
600 g turkey breast
100 g bacon, cut into slices
not too thin
1 cup dry white wine
30 g of butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper

Preparation
First season with salt and pepper the turkey, then foderatela with slices of bacon and tie with kitchen twine. Now put a pan on the stove and heat the oil, butter and 2 cloves of garlic.
Dispose yourself prepared the meat and let it cook for 30 minutes over a moderate heat, turning occasionally during cooking.
  Remove the meat from the fire, if you need to restrict the cooking. Untie the meat, cut into slices and sprinkle with the sauce.
Serve with fresh seasonal vegetables or salad. This dish really tasty!
